FEATURES:

Digital load sharing and speed control for electric generator systems.

Woodward’s 2301D speed controls are used in electric generator systems where load sharing is desired. They are used with diesel or gas engines, or steam or gas turbines, and are compatible with all Woodward electronic controls. The microprocessor-based digital control is housed in a sheet-metal chassis and consists of a single printed circuit board. The flexible configuration software incorporated in the control hardware allows easy changes to accommodate engine speed range, gear teeth, and selection of forward or reverse acting

EG-3P/EG-3PC Actuators

FEATURES:

EG proportional actuators are designed for use on diesel, gas, and gasoline engines, or turbines, and are particularly well suited for use in control systems requiring a proportional mechanical output of a proportional electrical input.

EPG Rotary Actuators

FEATURES:

The 512/524 and 1712/1724 EPGs are three-component governing systems for 12 or 24 Vdc operation. All EPG systems include an actuator, an electronic speed control, and magnetic pickup. Both isochronous and droop controls are available. The EPG is designed for precise speed control of diesel, gas, or gasoline engines, and gas turbines

GAC DSC-1000 Series

FEATURES:

Microprocessor based engine control for use with GAC and foreign actuators. Specially designed for the industrial and marine (classified) diesel- & gas-engine market.

  • Total fuel management i.e. multiple torque- & pressure- based maps.
  • Multiple droop & isochronous options
  • End of line programming and field configurable design, simply via standard PC with GAC’s GDS software.
  • CAN bus data transfer (J1939) for total system integration
GAC ECC-326 Series

FEATURES:

The ECC-326 speed control unit is an all electronic device designed to control engine speed with precise response to transient engine loads changes. This closed loop speed control, when connected to a proportional actuator and supplied with a speed signal/ frequency from the main AC generator, will control a wide variety of engines in an isochronous mode.

  • No pick-up signal required.
  • Full PID setting
GAC EDG-5500 Digital Governor

FEATURES:

GAC’s EDG-5500 digital governor is designed to regulate engine speed on diesel and gas reciprocating engines. The EDG system is a suitable replacement for any mechanical governor system that needs flexibility, precision, or control of governed speed. The EDG is an integral part of a closed loop speed control system. When connected to an electric actuator and supplied with a speed sensor signal, the governor will direct the fuel system to the desired engine speed setting. The EDG is designed for industrial engine applications from generator sets, mechanical drives to pumps, or compressors.
